Description and PreviewEditIn this futuristic film, law and order are things of the past as cops are driven off of the crime-infested streets. It is up to a group of vigilantes to set things straight. One of these is a bitter drunk played by David Carradine. He has a powerful Power Glove type weapon that can literally win any fight single-handedly, but he doesn't feel the need to bust it out until he is mere seconds away from certain defeat. Our hero also doesn't have very good gun twirling skills, but that doesn't stop him from constantly trying (and failing) to look like a bad-ass.
