RiffTrax- Morgan Freeman in The Dark Knight

Morgan Freeman (born June 1, 1937 in Memphis, Tennessee, USA) is an American actor, film director, and narrator best known for his amiable presence and distinctive voice. Freeman has received Academy Award nominations for his performances in Street Smart, Driving Miss Daisy, The Shawshank Redemption (with Clancy Brown) and Invictus. He won in 2005 for Million Dollar Baby.

Freeman has appeared in many other box office hits, including Glory (with Matthew Broderick), Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (with Alan Rickman and Christian Slater), Clint Eastwood's Unforgiven (with Gene Hackman and Richard Harris), Se7en (with Brad Pitt and Henry Kingi), Deep Impact, The Sum of All Fears (with Ben Affleck), Bruce Almighty, the Alex Cross mystery adaptations Kiss the Girls and Along Came a Spider, Dolphin Tale 1 and 2, The Dark Knight trilogy (with Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Liam Neeson and Aaron Eckhart), RED (with Bruce Willis, John Malkovich and Karl Urban), Oblivion (with Tom Cruise, the Olympus Has Fallen franchise (with Gerard Butler and again with Eckhart) and Now You See Me.

Freeman narrated the award-winning and acclaimed documentary film March of the Penguins.
